What is the Priority Club?
ODM developed the priority club to ensure that our business clients’ needs and expectations can be delivered on time and within their yearly electrical budgets. In the event of electrical emergencies our priority club clients can be assured that their businesses take priority, which ensures downtime is kept to a minimum.
By becoming a priority club member you business will have a solid backbone of electrical support through ODM. We will take care of all your electrical maintenance, emergencies and general works, always guaranteeing your complete satisfaction in every aspect.
How Does it work?
Once a client has applied to become a member of the ODM Priority Club a full electrical audit will be carried out at your business premises identifying all electrical items that will be covered through your membership.
A full report from the audit will be documented and a proposal including a cost breakdown for each item that will be covered under the membership. Understanding that every client has different needs and wants for their facility, at this stage we will sit down with our client and go through the entire proposal and tailor it fully.
